This chardonnay reminds me a lot of Giselle except J. Lohr is more buttery. It’s actually really buttery, especially for an inexpensive wine. If you love a full body chardonnay that has a lot of butter and oak to it, you will love drinking J. Lohr. Someone told me they put bags of oak chips in the barrels to make it taste the way it does, but I don’t know that for sure.
